We are working with a growing consumer finance and debt management platform who are currently expanding their Unsecured NPL Portfolio Investment team. The team are looking to hire an experienced Portfolio Manager to support in the management of Unsecured Non-Performing Loan Portfolios across Europe. This role will be key to ensuring the ongoing success of the investments, through deep-dive performance analysis and reporting.
Job Specification
- Assist in managing purchased portfolios of Unsecured NPLs across Europe
- Work with servicing partners across Europe to extract value from the portfolios
- Ensure implementation of best practice to allow monitoring of performance and costs
- Oversee operational plans and smooth onboarding of new portfolios and servicing partners
- Analysis and deep dives into portfolio performance against business plan and other metrics
- Create and maintain reporting from available data to allow deep insights into value drivers and flag potential issues
- Develop campaigns and proactive strategies based on data analysis for implementation at the servicers to drive engagement
- Ensure findings are communicated and understood by the wider NPL team to assist with underwriting and revaluation
Role involves a significant amount of travel throughout Europe.
