You will manage CDM compliance across projects in the residential, industrial and rail sectors, acting as a trusted safety advisor to clients, designers and wider project teams. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver Principal Designer duties and ensure statutory compliance from start to finish. * Manage CDM compliance across multiple projects. * Advise clients and designers on their CDM responsibilities. * Carry out thorough site health and safety inspections. * Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers and designers. * Produce compliant RAMS and robust site safety documentation. * Chair CDM hazard meetings, maintain trackers and liaise with designers. * Prepare fee proposals and support accurate, prompt invoicing. * Develop bespoke health and safety policies, procedures and templates where required. * Apply knowledge of ISO 45001 to provide additional strategic value. Experience with Building Regulations Schedule 1 and ISO 45001 would also be beneficial
