We’re looking for an experienced tech leader to help evolve and scale our SaaS platform. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational improvement across deployment, environments, reliability, automation, and engineering effectiveness. You’ll work closely with technical and engineering leadership to improve how systems are delivered, operated, and supported — helping drive greater consistency, resilience, and scalability across the platform estate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead improvements across platform engineering and operational practices
- Drive CI/CD maturity, deployment automation, and release reliability
- Improve environment consistency and operational scalability
- Strengthen observability, resilience, and production readiness
- Support modern infrastructure and container-based platform initiatives
- Partner with engineering teams to improve delivery confidence and operational effectiveness
- Contribute to long-term platform and operational strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure functions
- Proven experience improving deployment maturity and operational reliability
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and container platforms
- Experience operating within complex technical environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
