Job Ref: ID: Description Estimator – Façades Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 + Bonus + Pension Location: Remote An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a growing specialist façade contractor delivering major projects across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider UK. The business specialises in rainscreen cladding, high-rise remediation, combustible façade replacement, EWI, render, brick slips and fire safety works. With projects currently ranging from 1m-15m, this is a great opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline and ambitious growth plans. The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of estimating and tendering across a varied portfolio of façade and remediation projects. You'll be involved in: Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes. Pricing façade, cladding and remediation packages. Managing supplier/subcontractor quotations. Identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Working closely with the commercial, technical and delivery teams. Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers. Who They're Looking For We're looking for an Estimator with 5+ years' experience, ideally from a façade, cladding, remediation, EWI, roofing or external envelope background. Most importantly, they're looking for someone who is: Commercially astute and detail-focused. Honest, reliable and accountable. A strong communicator and team player.
