Hours

Full-time (primarily daytime; weekends essential)

We are working with an established, design-led brunch concept with a strong reputation for quality coffee, exceptional food, and outstanding service.

They are now seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, inspire the front-of-house team, and deliver consistently high standards across every aspect of the business.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service from open to close, and maintaining the brands reputation for excellence.

This role requires a leader who can combine operational precision with service warmth, someone equally comfortable managing compliance and financial reporting as they are stepping behind the bar to set the standard for coffee quality.

Operate confidently at barista maestro level, mentoring and training staff in coffee and service.

Manage scheduling, team performance, and staff development.

Ensure EHO, food hygiene, and safety compliance is consistently maintained.

Support owners with financial and operational reporting, including stock, supplier orders, and cost control.

Contribute to events and private hire operations as required.

At least 2 years management experience in a premium café, brunch, or boutique hospitality setting.

Strong understanding of food safety and EHO compliance.

Passionate about people, food, and coffee.

Weekend availability is essential.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

Typical working hours 08:00 19:00, with flexibility for private events or seasonal demand.
