Of course, this cant happen on its own, Head Office has some serious people power but were looking for a dedicated, capable set of hands to join us as a Store Manager.
Our Store Manager will play a dual role as a conductor, orchestrating strategic and operational excellence for our new space.
Partnering with our concession store, as well as head office to deliver success and add to the bottom line.
What you will be doing: Hold full accountability for sales targets, conversion, payroll budgets, and shrinkage across Store and Concession.
Utilise expertise, knowledge and experience of new store opening to collaborate with head office on opening our new space
Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning; mentor the Assistant Manager to foster a high-performance, inclusive team.
Execute localised strategies that embed a \"Member-First\" ethos to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
Bridge Head Office and store operations to translate brand strategies into local action plans and deliver commercial insights for future pilots.
Partner with marketing to execute high-impact in-store events, local social campaigns, and community storytelling to boost foot traffic.
Guarantee compliance with inventory control, H&S, audits, and luxury visual merchandising standards.
Embody and promote the mission to democratise luxury beauty, inspiring the team and local community.
