Are you a natural born salesperson, with drive and hunger to earn as much money as possible? Are you someone already working in a fast-paced sales environment, finding that you're smashing your targets but just not getting the financial reward you deserve? If any of this sounds like you, then you are EXACTLY who I am looking for!
We're a firm that genuinely believes in rewarding our staff. As a young business, we've achieved monumental success in a short space of time. During covid when many long running and new businesses struggled to stay afloat, we refused to be beaten and are still here continuing to grow. Due to our continued success, we are looking to increase our headcount further...and that's where YOU come in.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and targeted campaigns — booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team. This role requires a confident communicator who is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, while also using email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects and convert interest into meetings.
You will:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new business leads and book qualified appointments for the BD team.
- Make a minimum of 60 dials per day, supported by structured email and social outreach.
- Research and identify potential prospects across key target sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and pipeline within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, ensuring a positive first impression of the business.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Stay up to date on organisational service offering and market trends to confidently discuss our value proposition.
Unlike a lot of other sales opportunities, the opportunity we offer is extremely lucrative. We offer the following:
- Starting base of £30k
- Uncapped monthly bonuses of £100 per booked meeting at point of achieving target, with smaller bonus payable for all meetings booked below target threshold
- Additional uncapped monthly commission scheme of £100 per contract signed from a lead you've generated
- Annual revenue-based bonus ranging from £5k-£24k depending on delivered revenue based on leads you've generated
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (preferably B2B) – please note that applications without this experience won't be considered
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and communicating across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results.
- Organised and disciplined with strong time management skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach and a desire to learn and progress.
This really is a genuinely life-changing opportunity for someone who is serious about their career in sales, and is truly motivated to be the best at what they do. If this sounds like you, then please apply. Please only apply if you have the desired experience, and if you are genuinely a high achiever who is money motivated and highly driven.
