We are looking for a German-speaking Customer & Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role supporting our customers and internal teams with day-to-day administration and customer communication.
This is a predominantly remote role, with the flexibility to attend our Lancashire office on a hybrid basis once a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and issue customer invoices.
- Answer customer emails and phone calls in German and English.
- Receive customer support requests and ensure they are logged correctly.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their support requests.
- Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
- Work closely with the finance, support and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and administration.
