This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong international private client experience to work on high-value, cross-border matters for high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices. Please note: Experience advising offshore and international private clients is essential. The Role You will advise on a broad range of complex international private client matters, including: Cross-border wealth and succession planning. UK and offshore trust structures. Estate planning for internationally mobile individuals and families. UK tax aspects of international private client work. Drafting wills, trusts and associated documentation. Asset structuring and restructuring. Advising clients relocating to and from the UK. About You You will be: A qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE. Experienced in advising offshore and international private clients (essential). Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices. Technically strong, with experience of trusts, succession planning and international private client matters.
