Responsibilities: - Responsible for leading process improvement activities and staff in support of CSL and industry best practices - Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies - Establishes and implements processes supporting global standardization and reporting strategies - Oversees training, communications and development of subject matter experts who provide operational support - Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success - Manages and continuously improves operational processes to maintain target performance levelsQualifications: - Bachelor degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred - 8+ years' experience in process management - Demonstrated project leadership/management experience - Proven experience in in Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMPs) and qualification - Six sigma project leadership/participation - Experience within a regulated industry/global matrix organization preferredDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
