- Leadership & Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the seamless execution of service during peak hours. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Menu Development: Design and curate seasonal and special menus that reflect the authenticity and sophistication of Indian cuisine. Continually innovate while preserving traditional flavours and techniques.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring each dish exceeds guest expectations. Implement effective quality control systems to maintain excellence in every plate.

- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a strong background in Indian cuisine.
