We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role supporting our customers and internal teams with day-to-day administration and customer communication. This is a predominantly remote role, with the flexibility to attend our Lancashire office on a hybrid basis once a week. Key Responsibilities Raise and issue customer invoices. Answer customer emails and phone calls in German and English. Receive customer support requests and ensure they are logged correctly. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate technical teams. Keep customers updated on the progress of their support requests. Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments. Work closely with the finance, support and delivery teams. Maintain accurate customer records and administration. What We're Looking For Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Good communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail.
