THE SCHEME

High Quality D and B School refurbishment in two self-contained concrete buildings with a high level of structural alterations. Value £5M plus.

SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working on concrete buildings
  • Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
  • Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
  • Ability to manage and think ahead
  • Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
  • Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ability to run impeccable paperwork
  • Procure labour and materials
  • Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
  • Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM for all site operatives

Timeline

Multi-phase project - Completion December 2026. Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
