THE SCHEME
High Quality D and B School refurbishment in two self-contained concrete buildings with a high level of structural alterations. Value £5M plus.
SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of working on concrete buildings
- Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
- Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
- Ability to manage and think ahead
- Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
- Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ability to run impeccable paperwork
- Procure labour and materials
- Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
- Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM for all site operatives
Timeline
Multi-phase project - Completion December 2026. Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
