Job Description
Central London based Main D&B Contractor requires a Site Supervisor to work alongside the current Site Manager.
Commencement: August 2025
Location: Mayfair, London
The project
High end residential refurbishment in multi storey building in Mayfair – project value £5M plus.
Site Supervisor – Overview
- Working with current Site Manager
- Experience of working on multi storey buildings
- Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
- Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
- Ability to manage and think ahead
- Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
- Liaison with existing Project Managers, Site Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ability to run impeccable paperwork
- Procure labour and materials
- Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
- Coordinating with Site Manager all site operatives
Timeline
- Multi-phase project – Completion circa August September 2026.
- Some out of hours or weekend work may be required

- SMSTS Qualified
