A strategic and results-driven senior marketing professional is sought to own and drive marketing for a retail financial services business in the UK. This is a pivotal mid-level leadership role for a well-rounded marketer who will be responsible for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) go-to-market strategy. You will build brand, acquire customers, and drive engagement through digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Liaise with Global marketing resource to develop and implement the integrated country marketing plan (digital and brand).
- Digital D2C Acquisition & Growth: Plan all performance marketing channels. Optimize the full digital customer journey.
- Brand & Communications: Build and elevate brand presence in the UK. Localize and adapt global brand campaigns, messaging, and creative assets for cultural relevance and compliance. Keep abreast of competitor strategy and performance.
- Platform & Product Marketing: Possess a deep understanding of platform's features, benefits, and user experience. Partner with the Product team to launch new features and drive platform adoption through effective marketing campaigns. Create compelling educational and informational content that demystifies investing for a retail audience.
- Stakeholder & Group Liaison: Serve as the primary marketing contact between the UK business and Group/Global marketing teams. Proactively liaise with Group resources (e.g., central digital hubs, brand teams, marketing technology) to leverage tools, best practices, and shared services. Ensure local activities align with global brand guidelines, technology platforms, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of proven marketing experience within retail financial services, fintech, or a closely related D2C digital industry.
