A vacancy has arisen within the Building Division for an Area Installations Manager. There may also be some travel across the UK. The ideal candidate must be located within the Chester and surrounding area and have a full UK driving licence. You will join our client on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Our client is the leading supplier of fitted kitchens and bedrooms for new build homes with a market share of over 50%. They supply leading housebuilders such as Barratt and Taylor Wimpey, as well as developers of inner city high rise projects and social housing providers where a diverse product range and outstanding service sets them apart. The Area Installations Manager role
As an Installations Manager you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across the area, by providing a high level of service to their clients, managing and coordinating subcontract fitters to meet demands and work to the Company quality standards, and ensuring that timescales are met.
Key responsibilities
- Co-ordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements.
- Recruitment of sub-contract labour to provide an adequate fitter capacity.
- Ensuring area performance targets are achieved.
- Administrative duties in accordance with the role.
- A professional manner and promotion of the company image.
