We are seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our People team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality HR advice, manage complex employee relations (ER) cases, support organisational change, and deliver strategic HR projects across the Group. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing expert guidance across Employee Relation Matters. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires someone who can balance advisory work with commercial impact and thrives in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to managers on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and TUPE.
- Lead and manage the pre-TUPE process, including due diligence review and ELI data.
- Support organisational change programmes, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
- Attend UK sites as required to support ER matters, change programmes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that balance employee needs with business objectives.
- Support HR projects that contribute to organisational effectiveness and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best HR practices to guide managers confidently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor or a similar HR role in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
- Strong expertise in employee relations (ER), including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and redundancy processes.
- Hands-on experience with TUPE transfers, integration projects, and pre-TUPE due diligence.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing commercial needs with employee considerations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
