We are a Construction Recruitment agency that specialises in Temporary and Permanent recruitment within the construction sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role: You will play a key part in managing and developing temporary and permanent recruitment within the construction sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and building strong relationships with new construction clients
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Resourcing candidates for vacancies you have brought on
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance is fully complete
- Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
About You:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (construction sector preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Target driven with a strong sales mentality
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and clients
- Familiar with recruitment systems and compliance processes
