We’re recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join an engineering manufacturer producing high-grade stainless-steel parts and components for bespoke equipment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently programme, set and operate CNC machining equipment, working from engineering drawings through to finished machined parts ready for the next stage of fabrication.

You’ll be working with Haas machining centres and lathes, producing precision components through a mix of turning, milling, benchwork and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating associated workshop equipment, including grinders and pillar drills
  • Preparing finished parts for the next stage of fabrication or assembly
  • Carrying out daily and weekly maintenance on the equipment you use
  • Supporting other team members with assembly work when machining is not required
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, CNC Setter Operator, CNC Miller or CNC Turner
  • Comfortable working from drawings, producing accurate components, and taking responsibility for the quality of your own work
  • Experience with Haas machining centres and Haas lathes would be highly beneficial, although wider CNC machining experience will also be considered
Suitable Experience

Why Apply?
