Data Analytics & AI – Data Science & AI – Manager

Your key responsibilities
- The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. You’ll need to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines, building relationships and identifying opportunities for our clients.
- Leading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data and Analytics technologies.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Engage with key stakeholders across client organisations to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with their strategic/project goals.
- Create a positive learning culture and coach junior members of the team.
- Champion operational efficiency improvements on projects and internal initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the wider Data & Analytics team’s future by building our brand and producing thought leadership.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD).
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics professional or similar role in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, and manage client expectations.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Working knowledge of key analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experience in any aspects of the data analytics lifecycle.
- A passion to contribute to the growth of the team.
- Relevant experience in Agile Delivery.
