Assistant Manager – Luxury Retail | £37,000 | London Do you have experience leading teams in a premium retail environment? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping a store team achieve outstanding results? This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role working 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. The role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a successful retail business in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused retail professional who enjoys working with customers, developing teams and supporting the day-to-day success of a busy store environment. Key Responsibilities You will: Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers Coach team members to improve confidence, product knowledge and performance Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development Assist with stock management, operational processes and compliance Maintain high standards across the store environment Handle customer enquiries and help resolve any issues professionally Support the delivery of a consistent and engaging in-store experienceAbout the opportunity You will be joining an established retail organisation operating within a premium market, where customer experience, quality and service are at the heart of the business.
