SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Site Manager - Overview
- Carpentry experience an advantage
- Experience of working on timber buildings
- Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
- Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
- Ability to manage and think ahead
- Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
- Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ability to run impeccable paperwork
- Procure labour and materials
- Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
- Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM and all site operatives
Timeline
Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
