SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Site Manager - Overview
Carpentry experience an advantage
Experience of working on timber buildings
Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
Ability to manage and think ahead
Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Ability to run impeccable paperwork
Procure labour and materials
Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM and all site operatives
Timeline
Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
