Experienced Project Manager immediately required to run a £5m, new build recreational project in Roehampton. Contract duration October 26 – November 27.
We are a well-established, boutique Design and Build SME Company based in Kensington.
The role as Project Manager will entail being responsible for delivering this project to a successful completion, working with two senior PMs, offering support as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project delivery, from final Design Development, Subcontractor Selection, Project Staff / Site Management, Client Liaison and Handover. You will be key in ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality.
To qualify… You should have good experience of Project Management / Coordination and Project Delivery:
Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Experience in Project Management roles in the construction sector.
Experience with a range of public and private sector clients.
Experience with new builds & refurbishments.
Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills.
Ability to problem solve with a logical and practical mind.
A flexible approach, high motivation and are reliability.
