  • Lead client calls regularly and navigate them with ease.
  • Can work UK hours between (9am to 6pm GMT), flexibility when needed.
  • Spot and flag risks early, ask the right questions, and always keep momentum.

You’ll need

  • Proven track record delivering digital and campaign-led projects in complex, fast-paced settings.
  • Deep experience managing budgets, timelines, team bandwidth, and shifting scopes.

  • The chance to lead and shape the operations and delivery function as we grow.

This Role Is for You If

  • You’re someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be both leading the ship front and back of-house, keeping everything in order, in motion giving everyone the confidence they are in safe hands.
  • You bring order to pressure, think fast without rushing, and support others while staying three steps ahead.
  • You care as much about people as you do about process. You’re a thinker and a doer.
  • You love learning, growing, and eventually want to lead your own department and team. Not just in theory but in action.
  • You’ve built systems, shipped world-class work, led cross-functional teams across time zones, and you want to see your impact move the needle.
