We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager who can lead delivery from the inside out. Someone who sees the whole picture, runs toward responsibility, and knows how to get the work over the line without burning anyone out.
Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead digital delivery across multiple workstreams while helping us build smarter, more scalable ways of working.
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from brief to launch.
- Manage delivery of web design, UX, and product builds across teams and time zones.
- Build and implement processes, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, development, and content.
- Own logistics, resourcing, task planning, and operational flow.
- Keep communication clear, expectations aligned, and clients confident.
- Lead client calls regularly and navigate them with ease.
- Can work UK hours between (9am to 6pm GMT), flexibility when needed.
- Spot and flag risks early, ask the right questions, and always keep momentum.
You’ll need
- 5+ years of project or product management experience, or in similar role leading multidisciplinary teams in an agency or product team environment.
- Proven track record delivering digital and campaign-led projects in complex, fast-paced settings.
- Deep experience managing budgets, timelines, team bandwidth, and shifting scopes.
- Can build Go-to-market strategies and scope project plans efficiently.
- Undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent professional experience.
- Critical thinking grounded in first principles and second-order logic.
- Clear, calm, confident communicator especially in English, written and spoken.
- Proficient with project management tools: Notion, Trello, Float, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Beginner-level Figma fluency: able to jump in for QA, comment, test, and review designs.
- Experience delivering digital products and campaigns for global brands.
- Highly-organised, detail-oriented, and self-directed.

- Experience building internal tools or operational agents.
- A strong sense of safeguarding, operational risk, and legal awareness.
