Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Home & Site Based

Salary: £35,000 - 48,000 + Car Allowance

Bonus: OTE of an additional + £26k PA.

Role Overview

We have a newly created role for a Technical Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for the entire client relationship, from design to implementation and management. This role involves collaborating with presales to win new business and selling additional services to existing customers. Cultivating relationships and developing trust with key stakeholders is essential, as is attracting new customers and driving new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new opportunities from existing accounts
  • Achieve revenue and GP targets
  • Maintain up-to-date ADPs for Strategic, Key, and Development accounts
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Liaise with other departments to progress opportunities and build credibility
  • Lead customer meetings and presentations, creating professional business proposals
  • Target new business opportunities through existing accounts and relationships
  • Drive new business through networking within market verticals

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales management role
  • Technically minded, capable & analytical
  • Experience with operational costs, commercial profitability, and P&L
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Degree-level education and sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of the Network & Infrastructure sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of Cisco products is desirable, however we offer training in this area
