The Annular Group have exclusively partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing e-commerce companies to recruit a PPC Advertising Specialist. This is a newly created role driven by rapid growth. The PPC Marketing Specialist will support the company’s next phase of growth and help sustain a similar trajectory in the coming years.
The role involves managing daily advertising spend and making strategic ROI-driven decisions based on your analysis of tested channels.
About the Role - PPC Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity with clear scope for growth for a motivated PPC Specialist to join a friendly, results-driven digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and will manage and optimise online advertising across Google and Amazon for a multi-award-winning brand. A positive attitude and a drive to be best in class are important.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, confidence to make decisions, and the ability to produce actionable reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising Management: Develop and implement effective Google Ads and Amazon Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Monitor and optimise advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROAS across multiple countries.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine ad targeting strategies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate detailed reports.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Present regular performance reports to the marketing team and senior management.
- Cross-Country Marketing: Adapt advertising strategies to suit the needs of different countries and markets; stay informed about market trends and consumer behaviour in each target market.
- Business-Minded Approach: Align advertising efforts with overall business goals; continuously assess the competitive landscape and adjust strategies; use Microsoft Excel to organise, analyse, and visualise data; create spreadsheets and reports to track performance and budget allocation; collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages; ensure materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing Google PPC campaigns; Amazon experience is a plus.
- Comfortable managing a monthly ad spend of £50,000+ with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions; ownership of decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment; collaborative mindset.
