Annular Group have a new role available for an Investment Administrator to join an established UK Wealth Management Firm at their central Manchester bssed Location.
The remit of the Investment Administrator
Ensure the Investment Management team operates efficiently by providing high-quality administrative support to Investment Executives and Investment Managers, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent client service to help clients meet their investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Client onboarding: Collate client data and documents, accurately enter information into systems, and ensure new clients are fully onboarded.
* Client communications: Prepare and distribute valuations, reports, and other portfolio information to clients or their agents by post or email.
* Funds processing: Process internal movements of funds between portfolios and resolve overdrawn balances promptly in line with CASS rules.
* Client documentation: Prepare client-facing materials such as review packs, investment proposals, and ad-hoc documents requested by Investment Managers.
* Post and correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing departmental post and complete mail merges and other document tasks as required.
* File maintenance: Ensure client files are organised and meet regulatory requirements.
* Risk and process improvement: Report risks that could harm clients or the firm’s reputation, provide constructive feedback, and help improve processes.
* Professional conduct: Act with integrity and respect, uphold Consumer Duty objectives and the firm’s standards.
* Other duties: Carry out reasonable requests from line managers or senior staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience: Previous administration experience, preferably within Financial Services.
* Knowledge: Good understanding of Financial Services and FCA requirements.
* IT Skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office applications. xiskglj
* Education: A-level standard including GCSEs in Maths and English.
