As part of this journey, we are seeking a talented Financial Planner who wants more than just another advisory role, someone looking for a long-term career home where they can develop, influence, and grow alongside the business.
Unlike many larger organisations, this firm believes exceptional client outcomes are achieved through trusted relationships, professional autonomy, and a genuinely personal approach to advice. What You'll Be Doing
- Build, maintain, and develop trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice tailored to individual client objectives and circumstances.
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews and provide ongoing planning strategies aligned to changing needs and goals.
- Advise clients on retirement planning, tax-efficient wealth structuring, inheritance tax mitigation, estate planning, and broader financial planning solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Investment Managers and other specialists to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, professional connections, and exceptional client service.
- Structure and lead client meetings professionally, ensuring all advice is suitable, compliant, and client-focused.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for high-quality advice, helping to promote best practice across the wider business.
- Continue developing technical expertise through ongoing professional development and industry learning.
What We're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
- Experience delivering holistic financial planning advice to private clients.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, estate planning, and protection.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate complex advice clearly.
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to the growth of a developing financial planning proposition.
- Ambition to build a long-term career within a supportive and progressive environment.
