The Opportunity We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and spearhead the growth of our managed service offerings. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, packaging comprehensive solutions, and unlocking new revenue streams. What You’ll Do * Own and grow a portfolio of existing high spending, strategic accounts * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings * Lead client engagements from solution design through to delivery * Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft tailored wraparound solutions * Drive new business through networking and industry engagement * Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders * Maintain accurate account development plans and pipeline forecasts What We’re Looking For * Proven success in account management and solution-based sales * Experience selling managed services and long-term IT solutions * Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and P&L * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Technical understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure * Cisco knowledge is a plus (training provided) * Meraki / Juniper experience also considered * Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Why Join Us? * Work with prestigious global clients * Flexible hybrid working model * Clear career progression framework * Inclusive and collaborative culture * Structured Commission scheme and financial incentives allowing you to double your annual take home
