Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London. Part‑time, 19.5 hours, with flexibility as to days and times, currently across 3 days for 6.5 hours a day. Hybrid working pattern: Tuesdays and Thursdays in office, remaining hours from home.
Responsibilities
- Support in the creation of sales orders and reservations.
- Create and manage sales orders and product reservations.
- Update product launch dates across key systems.
- Monitor stock levels to meet availability targets.
- Report on allocations and maintain departmental trackers.
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser in identifying missed opportunities and optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular website checks to ensure product accuracy and availability.
- Assist with day‑to‑day departmental tasks, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Act as the go‑to contact for internal queries.
- Champion Ann Summers' brand values and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in an administrative role.
