Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon. Hybrid working, 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Tech Delivery team as a Business Systems Analyst, owning three key platforms: Zendesk, Salsify and Scurri. We're looking for a naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys turning business needs into practical system improvements and delivering real business value.

A hands-on role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, driving system improvements, configuring enhancements and testing changes to ensure they deliver real value. You'll be a collaborative partner who can bring people on the journey, build strong relationships and help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines system expertise and implementation, business analysis, change delivery and continuous improvement, helping Ann Summers get the very best from its business systems.

  • Act as the functional owner of assigned business systems, ensuring they are configured, maintained and optimised to support business goals.
  • Influence with impact, build strong relationships with users, stakeholders and third-party suppliers, providing guidance and best-practice support.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and support the successful delivery of system updates.
  • Configure system enhancements, workflows, permissions and process improvements that drive efficiency and improve the user experience.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, carrying out functional and end-to-end testing to ensure changes deliver the expected outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and help maintain system stability and performance.
  • Create and deliver training, supporting colleagues in adopting new functionality and ways of working.
  • Ensure system changes are documented, controlled and compliant with governance requirements.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, system capability and business performance.
  • Be a true brand ambassador, championing our Ann Summers values at all times.

You’ll be great if you:

  • Have experience working with enterprise or workflow-based systems, including platforms such as Zendesk, Salsify, Scurri or similar solutions.
  • Understanding of Business Analysis, project delivery, change management and ITIL/service management principles.
  • A confident relationship builder who influences and collaborates effectively across the business.
  • A curious, analytical problem-solver with experience testing, validating and improving system solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
