About the Company

Ann\’s are urgently looking for experienced Health Care Assistants for work across Portadown for a variety of shifts including days and nights

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years.

Successful applicants will be required to complete In house induction training to include:

• Moving and Handling
• Basic Life Support and First Aid
• Infection Control
• Safe Guarding of vulnerable adults
• Fire Safety
• Health and Safety
• Record Keeping
• Basic Food safety
• Basic Medication management

Essential Criteria

• GCSE Maths and English
• Basic IT skills
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• A minimum of 6 months paid experience in Health Care within the last 3 years
• Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training
• Available to work a minimum of two 12 hour shifts per week including 1:1 support
• All Ann\’s Nursing Care Staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module
• Eligibility to work in UK
