Position Summary
This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly, energetic and busy office environment.
This role would be based in our Cullybackey Office, however with notice you may be required to work in our Head Office in Portadown.
Please note -this role is not suitable for sponsorship.
Main Duties
- Assisting with incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
- Assisting Care Managers with the implementation of new packages of care
- Uploading data onto MIS system
- General administration
Essential Criteria
- Must be qualified to G.C.S.E standard (including Maths and English)
- Must be able to competently complete basic mathematics
- Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years paid experience in an administrative role
- Must have a minimum of 2 years paid experience in a health care role
