The predicted salary is between 28500 - 28500 £ per year.
Duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the residents but can include:
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents, when required, with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and all other aspects of daily living, according to their individual needs.
- Observe the care planning needs of residents and complete daily records as instructed and in line with Company’s policy and procedure.
- Follow the competency-based training and under the supervision of the Unit/Home manager, ensure the residents medication is:
- Stored correctly
- Administered in line with company policy and professional guidelines
- Manage and coordinate the supply of medication communicating with Pharmacy to ensure there is always a supply of medication as required
- Ensure audits are completed
- Report and record any discrepancies in line with the facility medicine policy
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in working in care.
- Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training.
- Available to work a flexible shift pattern including 1:1 support, evenings and weekends.
- All Ann’s Care Home Health Care Assistant staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module.
