Successful applicants will be required to complete in-house induction training to include:

  • Basic Life Support and First Aid
  • Infection Control
  • Safe Guarding of vulnerable adults
  • Fire Safety
  • Health and Safety
  • Record Keeping
  • Basic Food safety
  • Basic Medication management

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Basic IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in Health Care within the last 3 years
  • Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training
  • Available to work a minimum of two 12 hour shifts per week including 1:1 support
  • All Ann’s Nursing Care Staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module
  • Eligibility to work in UK
