Successful applicants will be required to complete in-house induction training to include:
- Moving and Handling
- Basic Life Support and First Aid
- Infection Control
- Safe Guarding of vulnerable adults
- Fire Safety
- Health and Safety
- Record Keeping
- Basic Food Safety
- Basic Medication Management
Essential Criteria
- GCSE Maths and English
- Basic IT skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in Health Care within the last 3 years
- Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training
- Available to work a minimum of two 12 hour shifts per week including 1:1 support
- All Ann’s Nursing Care Staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module
- Eligibility to work in the UK
