Children’s Care Ireland is seeking a proactive Home Manager to lead a residential childcare setting, ensuring compliance with childcare legislation, National Standards for Children’s Residential Centres and best practice to promote high standards of care, safety and well-being for every child in placement.
You will plan, implement and monitor individual care plans, contribute to statutory reviews and governance, manage finances and resources, supervise staff, and build positive partnerships.
