Ann’s Home Care is a family run company established 25 years ago as a domiciliary care agency. The company has a reputation for quality care, strong staff retention and placing clients and staff at the heart of everything we do.
What you will do
- Assisting and enabling clients with daily activities
- Washing and dressing
- Taking food and refreshments
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Bed making and keeping the living environment comfortable
- Providing companionship and engaging activities
- Supporting with medication administration as required
- Contributing to accurate record keeping
What we offer
- Guaranteed full-time hours
- Flexible working hours and shift patterns
- Competitive hourly wage (£13-£15 per hour)
- Higher rate for emergency cover (£14-£15.50)
- Paid mileage – 35p per mile
- Fortnightly pay
- Induction and ongoing professional training
- Free access check, training and uniform
- Full PPE provided in line with guidelines
Key Requirements
- Have 2 suitable references
- Be caring and friendly
- Have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Good standard of verbal and written English (or be prepared to improve)
