You’ll support clients with daily living tasks, care, companionship, and medication management while upholding our high standards of compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and enabling clients with daily tasks
- Washing, dressing, and toileting support
- Providing food and refreshments
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Bed making and positioning
- Stimulating activities to engage clients
- Companionship and social interaction
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Contributing to accurate record keeping
- Key Requirements
- 2 suitable references
- Caring, friendly attitude
- Full driving licence and access to a car (required)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good standard of verbal and written English (or willingness to improve)
Benefits & Remuneration
- Flexible working hours and shift patterns
- Competitive hourly wage £13‑£15 per hour
- Higher rate for emergency cover up to £15.50 per hour
- Paid mileage – 35p per mile
- Fortnightly pay
