This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a creative business, blending admin, marketing, and creative tasks. You’ll help with sales enquiries, order processing, social media content creation, and studio organisation—getting hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of social media, marketing, and visual storytelling. This is a freelance, part-time role with the potential to grow as the studio expands. As the business evolves, there will be opportunities for more hours and greater responsibility, including deeper involvement in marketing and brand strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Marketing & Social Media Assistance
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content (Instagram, Video, Blogs, Pinterest).
- Edit images and product cutouts for marketing and digital assets.
- Help manage the image library and visual content for press, trade and website.
- Assist with newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
- Studio & Sales Support
- Process online orders, ensuring all details are correct for production.
- Manage sample requests.
- Maintain and update the trade account database.
- Assist with invoicing and order tracking for trade accounts.
- Support studio organisation—keeping supplies stocked and deliveries coordinated.
- General Studio Support
- Ensure the studio remains organised, welcoming, and efficient.
- Support Annika with day-to-day creative and administrative tasks.
- Be open to helping with tasks outside your brief as the business grows.
- Organised & detail-oriented
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok – bonus for Reels)
- Photoshop skills (resizing images, making cutouts, light editing)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A self-starter – proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A natural eye for aesthetics, interiors, and print design
- A great communicator – friendly and adaptable, able to liaise with clients & suppliers
