AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Marketing Assistant. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.
- Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple systems to assist marketing team with achieving the department goals
- Liaising with internal business units and external vendors/agencies
- Support marketing team by resolving internal ticketing requests
- Assist with CRM email/text template creation
- Comfortable with using social media tools for departments efforts
- Handle marketing department invoicing and budgeting for branches
- Online marketing portal order fulfillment
- Lead aggregator vendor management and fulfillment
- Training material preparation for marketing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years Marketing experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of dealing with a wide range of personalities.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and external vendors.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to use time and resources effectively.
- Insurance, Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience a plus.
- Eagerness to expand knowledge base and learn new skills as required.
