We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Executive to sell luxury park homes for a leading industry operator. Whether you have experience in selling property for an Estate Agency, or a strong background in any form of property sales, we are looking for someone with the passion, energy, and professionalism to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives. If you are a highly motivated individual looking for an opportunity to earn well and work for a reputable and leading park operator, then this could be the job for you.

Working week - 5 day weeks with No weekend work (Mon-Fri Only).

£30,000 Basic Plus Commission. £60,000 Package. Supportive structure and full training provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Operations Manager and Site Manager
  • Guide customers through the benefits of park home living
  • Ensure stock is managed and presented to best effect
  • Produce precise and correct contracts and paperwork
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
  • Implement additional local marketing activities at each park location
  • Work closely with head office team to provide excellent service to purchasers
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
