The successful candidate will have experience working for luxury brands and delivering a 5-star service to customers. You will work alongside the senior leadership team to ensure the resort is operating at the highest levels and delivering the best possible experiences to holiday makers and owners.
Accommodation may be included for the right candidate.
Working hours – 40 Hours per week.
Salary - £50,000 - £55,000
Key Tasks:
Delegation and organisation of tasks to staff for optimum efficiency
Flexible and can-do attitude essential
Effective time management to be able to prioritise tasks in line with management team and Director\'s instructions
Dealing with any issues on park promptly
Supporting multiple teams on park
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, holiday homeowners, potential new customers and Head Office staff promptly
Full UK Driving Licence will be required for this position
To provide, clear and focused leadership of the team.
Constant focus to improve the operation of the business with a key focus on standardized processes and procedures.
Key Skills needed:
Experience managing teams and delivering 5-star service
Ideally operations experience working for a luxury brand (holiday resort, golf resort, exclusive estates or high-end hotel etc)
Live within or be willing to relocate to East Anglia region.
A pleasant manner and ability to communicate effectively with both residents and colleagues
The ability to show initiative and take pride in your work
Safety – To manage the associated risks within the scope of your accountability.
