We are looking to recruit a Residential Homes Sales Consultant for a leading industry operator. Whether you have experience in Park Home sales, Estate Agency, or a strong background in any form of property sales we are looking for someone with the passion, energy, and professionalism to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Salary: £28,000 Basic Plus Commission and Bonus.
Working hours: Monday-Friday with some weekend availability. Supportive national structure and full training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of Parks
- Guide customers through the benefits of park home living
- Ensure stock is managed and presented to best effect
- Produce precise and correct contracts and paperwork
- Liaise with marketing to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
- Implement additional local marketing activities at each park location
- Work closely with head office team to provide excellent service to purchasers
- Build strong relationships with our customers and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications: Current driving licence, Park Home or similar industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and enjoyment of the variety of this diverse role.
