We are currently looking for a Holiday Park Couple to take on two responsibilities on a friendly, owners-only holiday park based in Norfolk.
About the Park: This is a 220 base beach front park based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. It has a seven-month season starting on the 1st of April each year and running through to 31st October.
What weβre looking for:
- Holiday Home Salesperson: Currently, there are more than 60 vacant bases, and we are looking for an experienced holiday home salesperson who can deliver 40/50 sales in 2026. This role needs someone who is experienced in:
- Selling new and pre-owned holiday homes
- Conducting Park and holiday home viewings
- Handling enquiries, negotiations, and sales administration
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing owners
On offer, is a 2-bed caravan as line-in accommodation with the electric costs covered by them, you will have to pay for your gas bottles.
We are looking for someone to commence employment in mid-to-late February so that the successful applicants can get settled in ready to start the season on 1st April.
Combined salary is up to Β£50,000 and the position will be a full-time employed role. Commission on any sales completed is at 5% of the net margin. Please apply today to avoid missing out.
