We are recruiting a Holiday Park Sales Admin for a luxury family holiday park based in Norfolk.

We are seeking to appoint a Sales Administrator to work alongside our Sales teams and Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for our Holiday Home sales administration and sales support across our Holiday Park located on the Norfolk Coast.

We are looking for a motivated caring individual who can provide excellent customer service to all our customers.

Pay - This role has a basic salary plus commission on sales. 26k Basic plus Commission 40k OTE Responsibilities and Duties * To ensure all sales and finance paperwork is correct and filed/scanned in the appropriate areas. * Speaking with customers, showing them holiday homes and actively selling holiday homes to new and existing holiday home owners. * To ensure the handover of holiday homes for new, and part exchange sales are ready on the agreed dates. * To help in the organisation of any park owners/sales events. * To attend and support for any sales open weekend * To be responsible for the parks holiday home sales stock for dressing and getting the units ready for photography and for sale.

To organise inventory stock for dressing and replenish where necessary * To inspect new holiday homes on arrival for any after-sales issues and report to the relevant suppliers * To liaise with current and potential new owners.
