We are currently recruiting for a family‑run caravan dealer selling stock into holiday parks. This role will involve selling premium caravans and holiday homes to holiday parks across East Anglia. This is a senior leadership position with a reputable family‑run company, where you can utilise trade sales with existing clients and develop new business across the region.
The role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring strong retention, business growth, and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new accounts, building long‑term relationships that add value to the business.
- Design and execute a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth and increases market share.
- Upsell sales performance and provide actionable insights to leadership to support ongoing growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives that promote brand visibility and client engagement.
- Lead all negotiations with clients, securing competitive pricing.
About you
- Holiday home sales experience, either on park to customers or working for a caravan manufacturer selling directly into parks would be ideal experience for this role.
- A dynamic & trustworthy individual, self‑driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
- New business development and account management is essential.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build good working relationships.
