We are looking for a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join a flagship resort which is one of the largest holiday parks in the UK.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Utilise and action allocated leads to generate appointments, maximising all sales opportunities and creating a strong value chain.
- Ensure all contact and appointment boards are up to date daily.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets set by the Holiday Home Sales Manager (SM).
- Implement any marketing activity as defined by SM to maximise opportunities in both new and part-exchange business.
- Maintain presentation and dressing of the sales fleet to the required standard.
- Maintain presentation of the show ground to the required standard.
- Utilise all systems available to maintain a customer database and facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Complete and file all administration to deadline.
- Explore financing arrangements with prospective customers and handle all financial matters confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, SAFE and caravan sales guidelines.
- Organise own time in the most effective and productive way.
- Insert appropriate information into the 'Welcome Packs'.
- Ensure the sales office depicts a professional, clean, tidy but welcoming environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
- Smart appearance and adherence to dress standards.
- Professional and outgoing personality.
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
